September 30th - North Shore Boulangerie Welcomes Chef Andrew Althoff

North Shore Boulangerie is excited to announce the arrival of Chef Andrew Althoff to head NSB’s café. Chef Andrew comes to Shorewood following positions in Milwaukee fine-dining kitchens Lake Park Bistro, Mason Street Grill, and Eddie Martini’s.
 
To celebrate Chef Andrew’s arrival, North Shore Boulangerie will host a guided tour of the near-by Shorewood Farmers Market followed by a prix fixe Market Brunch at the café using the fresh ingredients that participants and Chef find that day.
 
Participants of this unique Farm-to-Table event will meet Chef Andrew at 9:30 AM on Sunday September 30th at the Shorewood Farmers Market located at 1600 E Lake Bluff Blvd.  Chef will provide a guided tour of the Market, introduce participants to the local vendors, and find the best ingredients for brunch that day.  Back at North Shore Boulangerie, participants will enjoy a 3-course Farm-to-Table meal and discussion with Chef.
 
Attendees will have a wonderful Sunday Brunch AND be done in time to catch the Packers beat the Buffalo Bills! Reservations include a $10 deposit that will go towards the $25 price of the prix fixe brunch.
